We also offer international shipping, available with advance payment. The shipping fee for international orders will be communicated via email before the order is dispatched for confirmation.
For domestic orders within Pakistan, we use ground shipping. For international deliveries, we utilize the most suitable shipping methods based on your location. Customers can also choose from two expedited shipping options at an additional cost.
Return and Complaint Policy
We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, but if your product arrives damaged, we are here to help. Customers have a 30-hour window from the time of receiving the order to file a complaint or request a return due to product damage. To process your claim, an unboxing video is mandatory as evidence of damage.
