At Buy Mart, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The standard shipping process usually takes up to 3 business days, depending on weather conditions and other unforeseen factors. We also offer international shipping, available with advance payment. The shipping fee for international orders will be communicated via email before the order is dispatched for confirmation.

For domestic orders within Pakistan, we use ground shipping. For international deliveries, we utilize the most suitable shipping methods based on your location. Customers can also choose from two expedited shipping options at an additional cost.

Return and Complaint Policy

We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, but if your product arrives damaged, we are here to help. Customers have a 30-hour window from the time of receiving the order to file a complaint or request a return due to product damage. To process your claim, an unboxing video is mandatory as evidence of damage.

• Refund Processing: Refunds for damaged products will be processed within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the provided evidence.
• Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging. A return shipping charge of 200 Rs will be deducted from the refund.
• Exchange Option: Customers wishing to exchange a product must pay any price difference and cover the return shipping charges.

Please note that "change of mind" returns are not applicable.

We offer a 100% refund if your delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe, subject to logistics conditions. Refunds for other reasons, such as product damage, will be processed within 1 to 3 weeks based on the evaluation of the evidence provided.

At Buy Mart, we primarily accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method in Pakistan but we encourage Online Payment for smooth deliveries.
